Los Angeles Meeting Rooms
Select the Los Angeles meeting space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices.  From vast ballrooms to boardrooms and every room in between, our beautifully appointed meeting facilities can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements. 

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

California Level
Select the Los Angeles meeting space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices.  From vast ballrooms to boardrooms and every room in between, our beautifully appointed meeting facilities can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements.

California Level

This self-contained convention center offers an extensive variety of meeting and event rooms – including dressing rooms for speakers and/or performers and convention office space - to accommodate a wide range of activities and group sizes.

Los Angeles Ballroom - This expansive ballroom at Hyatt Regency Century Plaza is the largest in Los Angeles, boasts over 25,000 square feet of function space and soaring ceilings over 17 feet tall. Utilize the entire room for your biggest functions, such as an interactive presentation to 2,100 in a theater-style set up, or a seated banquet for over 1,800 guests. Los Angeles Ballroom easily divides into three spacious sections, ideal for conducting lectures in a classroom set-up with 300 - 400 attendees in each, or perhaps a classic reception for 700. 
California Lounge - The adjoining California Lounge serves as the perfect pre-function area. Host a welcome breakfast with registration tables before your meeting begins, or use it to highlight a preview of the main event waiting inside the ballroom.  The elegant decor and grand proportions of the lounge makes this venue a splendid location for a memorable reception, with capacity to 1,000 guests. 

California Showroom - Conveniently located next to the California Lounge, this 23,000 square foot exhibition hall is perfectly situated to hold the trade show portion of your event. This extensive venue can accommodate up to 155 8'x10' booths, or 116 10'x10' booths.  This room also converts to a reception hall, with seating for 2,000 for a formal banquet.

California Rooms – This group of meeting rooms alongside the ballroom and lounge is designed to host any number of functions and configurations, with capacity from 18 to 300.  Create break-out sessions in a U-shape or boardroom set up, or training classes in traditional classroom set-ups.

South Mezzanine Level
Select this collection of private Los Angeles hotel room meeting space for VIP events.
  • Boardrooms - Choose from several classic boardrooms, complete with executive leather chairs, elegant chandeliers and natural lighting from floor to ceiling windows.  Convenient, built in buffet areas make it easy to continue working while enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner from our catering department.
  • Executive Dining Rooms - Four private dining rooms are available to host exclusive gatherings. Adjourn from an executive board meeting for a luncheon served on the finest china, or reward your top sales team with dinner with the CEO.  Each dining room can accommodate 40 guests for a formal seated banquet, or 50 for a cocktail party.
Plaza Level
Two ballrooms, a Plaza Pavilion and a versatile presentation venue – complete with stage and audio-visual booth – combine to serve as the ideal backdrop for smaller west Los Angeles conferences.
  • Westside Room – Welcome guests to your event with a memorable, high-tech spectacular. The unique semi-circle design of this space gives everyone in the room a desirable view of the center stage, whether you choose a theater set up for 300 or classroom set up for 180. Host a grand finale, complete with entertainment, with seating for 220 in a formal setting or 450 for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
  • Olympic and Constellation Ballrooms – These two similar ballrooms can each accommodate a wide array of set ups to suit your needs. Select theater style set ups for up to 450 attendees, or separate each ballroom into two separate venues with a classroom setting for 120. If you prefer, you can utilize one ballroom for your meeting, while serving an elaborate buffet lunch in the other.
  • Plaza Pavilion – Our newest venue, the 9,100 square foot Plaza Pavilion, provides a distinctive setting in which you can host receptions and special events for up to 500 guests. Warmly decorated in tones of champagne, antique gold and chocolate brown, with plush carpets and beautiful chandeliers, the elegant atmosphere makes this unique space ideal for your most important celebrations. An adjoining Garden Terrace lets your guests enjoy the lush grounds of our iconic West Los Angeles hotel.

Seven lush, landscaped acres provide several stunning locations for outdoor events. Whether you wish to hold a grand social gathering or a fresh air break from a meeting, our experienced team of meeting planners will be happy to assist you in creating a memorable occasion.
